The Group Fitness COVID-19 Series was designed to provide current information, reliable resources, and a general understanding of COVID-19 safety protocols necessary to perform their service. As a Group Fitness Instructor, your goal should be to provide a safe and COVID-19 low risk transmission group class, while increasing consumer confidents. This workshop does NOT focus on the legal aspects of waiver forms or insurance requirements related to non-face to face instruction.

This course will provide you with the theoretical knowledge in exercise science and is the first step in becoming a certified fitness professional through BCRPA.
