Train Your Brain in 5–7 Minutes a Day

The MIND Track is a 30-day cognitive fitness challenge focused on the mental pillar of brain health.


Each day, you’ll complete one short brain task designed to strengthen how your brain stores information, focuses attention, makes decisions, and communicates clearly.


This is not therapy.
This is not diagnosis.
It’s cognitive fitness for real life.


What You’ll Do

✔️ Complete one daily brain challenge (5–7 minutes)
✔️ Use a simple recall and reflection journal
✔️ Post a short check-in if you choose
✔️ Build consistency without pressure
