As the class flows from one movement to the next, intensity gradually builds, strengthening your heart, improving endurance, and increasing your ability to sustain effort.
Whether you choose high or low impact, Coach Kim's expert cueing allows you to work at the level that's right for you while sharing the energy of a group fitness class.

4.) SERIES #4 - Reach Strong - uses expertly crafted movement sequences to build shoulder strength, stability, and confidence through the full range of motion. Beginning with foundational shoulder and rotator cuff work, movements progress through purposeful sequences designed to improve posture, overhead mobility, and upper-body strength.
Whether you're reaching into a cupboard, lifting groceries, or pressing weights overhead, this series helps develop the strength and control needed for everyday life and fitness success.

A 30 minute workout targeting the hips & knee to provide a challenge for the lower body muscles strengthening this powerhouse area. Class format: 3 minute warm-up, 24 minutes of conditioning, finishing with 3 minutes of mobility.
Equipment: Loop Band, Dumbbells(3-12lbs), Mat.
A 30 (or 45) minute workout designed to make your daily activities easier. Exercises are combination movements of both upper & lower body while the core holds its own or assists in body rotation.
Equipment: Dumbbells (3-12lbs), Mat. The extended 45 minute class will progress your fitness level.
A 45 minute lunch hour designed to finish your week off with a full energy class of work & recovery intervals, targeting a whole body workout. You bring the smile & I'll bring the motivation, moves and music!
